Characteristics: The name of the village was first mentioned in written documents in 1128. In the Middle Ages if changed hands several times. Its chapel, built in 1457, was destroyed during the Turkish occupation. According to the 1690 census, the village was deserted. In the late 18th century Babosdöbréte had a teacher and a midwife.
